- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% of the total amount due. We reserve the right to pause services until outstanding balances are resolved.
- Non-Payment: Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Any costs incurred in the collection of unpaid fees (including legal and third-party costs) will be the responsibility of the client.
- Refunds: Payments made to Blanxerver are non-refundable, except under circumstances outlined in a written agreement or if Blanxerver fails to deliver agreed services.
- Disputes: Any billing disputes must be reported within 5 business days of the invoice date. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, designs, and materials created by Blanxerver remain the intellectual property of Blanxerver unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our service without express written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
